At HOMIKKA, we stand behind the quality of our products. To keep our prices competitive and our processes efficient, we have updated our policy regarding returns and replacements.
1. 7-Day Return Policy
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of the delivery date. Whether it is a size issue or a change of mind, you have a full week to notify us.
- Shipping Costs: For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
The Golden Rule (Required) An unboxing video is mandatory. You must film the opening of the package from the moment you break the seal to the moment any defect is shown.
2. Damage & Wrong Item Claims
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost, provided the following is met:
- Timeframe: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Verification: A clear, uncut unboxing video must be shared with our team.
3. Non-Returnable Scenarios
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or customer-induced damage.
- Requests made without a clear unboxing video.
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method or UPI within 5–7 business days.
