Order Cancellation Policy

At HOMIKKA, we aim to get your orders moving as fast as possible. Because we prioritize quick shipping, our cancellation policy is strictly time-sensitive.

1. The Cancellation Window

  • Before Dispatch Only: You can only cancel an order before it has been handed over to our courier partners.
  • Act Fast: Since we typically dispatch orders within 24 hours, we recommend raising a cancellation request immediately after placement.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched and a tracking ID is generated, no cancellation requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To ensure your request is logged and processed instantly, all cancellations must be submitted through our official Whats App support channel:

Note: Requests made via social media comments or unauthorized channels may not be processed in time.

3. Refund Terms (Prepaid Orders)

If you cancel a fully prepaid order before dispatch, you will receive the full value of your payment. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellation Fees

We believe in transparency. **HOMIKKA does not charge any additional cancellation fees** provided the request is made within the eligible window (before dispatch).

5. Refusal of Delivery

If an order is dispatched and the customer refuses delivery at the doorstep:

  • Prepaid Orders: The forward and return shipping costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit only.
